Advantages of Cold Laminating Technology

Union Smart's independently developed cold laminating card sealing process (PCBA / FPCBA) breaks from traditional hot laminating by embedding the circuit board PCB directly into the card, encapsulating components such as thin batteries, Bluetooth modules, blockchain chips, and switches. Card thickness can be as thin as 0.84–1.6mm — light, durable, and convenient.

Customizable add-ons include: E-ink display, fingerprint module, NFC, RFID, buzzer, and more to achieve specific application functions.
