NXP ICODE® Series RFID Cards

NXP ICODE® Series RFID Cards are 13.56 MHz high-frequency (HF) passive chips complying with ISO/IEC 15693. Powered entirely by the reader’s RF field with no internal battery, they feature long-distance reading and multi-tag anti-collision capability. The series includes four core models, widely used in smart retail, asset management, logistics and access control — providing solutions from basic to high-end needs. All models offer ≥100,000 write cycles and ≥10-year data retention.

Advanced security model featuring AES-128 cryptographic authentication and SUN (Secure Unique NFC) message support. Ideal for brand protection, anti-counterfeiting and high-security asset management.
