NXP HITAG® Series RFID Cards are cost-effective, high-reliability passive low-frequency (LF) 125kHz smart cards from NXP Semiconductors. All variants feature ≥10 years data retention, ≥100,000 write cycles and a 2.5–10cm read range, with no internal battery. Available in standard or custom card materials and shapes to suit any application.

Tailored for diverse identification and tracking needs, the series is a mainstream LF RFID solution for industrial manufacturing, logistics, animal husbandry, building access and smart property management.

High-performance model (256-bit/2048-bit) with advanced security, strong multi-tag anti-collision, and 134.2kHz animal ID support. Compliant with ISO 11784/85/14223/18000-2. Fits industrial automation, high-value asset tracking, premium animal traceability, parking, and laundry management.
